How to lose weight

Is it really mostly diet and what we eat? I want stronger muscles too, is that about working out?

I was told i can eat whatever but less

Are bodyweight exercises like pushups good?

Losing weight is eating healthy, working out daily. However, losing FAT you need to be on a diet (not extreme) daily workout, and try to push yourself but not too hard. Motivate yourself and stay healthy!

Try not to eat as much Junk food, you still can, just not too much. [maybe like 1 bag per week or smth.]

Work out regularly.
