What is the difference between Standard Notation and Scientific Notation?

Scientific notation: c * 10^n where 1 <= c < 10

Now standard notation is basically multiplying c * 10^n out

For example:

Scientific notation: 4.5 * 10^4

Would be written as 45000 in standard notation (either multiply by 4.5 * 10^4 or just simply move the decimal in 4.5 four places to the right)

For example:

Scientific notation: 0.6 * 10^-3

Would be written as 0.0006 in standard notation (either multiply by 4.5 * 10^-3 or just simply move the decimal in 0.6 three places to the left)
