x^2 + 10x + 22 = 13

We have;

x^2 + 10x = 13 - 22

x^2 + 10x = -9

Adding half of 10 to both sides and completing the square as usual, we have;

(x + 5)^2 = 5^2 + (-9)

(x + 5)^2 = (5 - 3)^2
