Answer:

y=1/3x+3

Explanation:

We can write this in a y=mx+b format.

b is the y-intercept and m is the slope.

The y-intercept is where x=0, or where the line intersects the y-axis. We can see that there is a point on the y-axis: (0,3). Therefore, the y-intercept, or b, is 3.

So far, we have y=mx+3.

Now we can find the slope with rise over run. (rise being the change in y and the run being the change in x.)

From one point to the other, it goes up 1 (the rise) and over 3 (the run).

m=rise/run=1/3.

y=1/3x+3.

Hope this helped.
