The Preamble in the Constitution is basically like a guide of recommended rules to follow when a lawmaker frames a law.

There are multiple purposes listed in the Preamble; they include

- creation of a perfect union

- justice and equality for all

- domestic tranquility (peace at home)

- provide common defense

- promoting general welfare, which include transportation, protection of the health and environment, and solving issues

- liberty of blessings
