57, 53, 49, 45

Explanation:

Substitute for the n for n=1,2,3,4 so the first term is 57-4(1-1) so =57-4(0) so

a(1) = 57-0 = 57 so that is the 1st term

2nd term 57-4(2-1) so =57-4(1) so a(2) = 57-4 = 53, etc.
