Ralph is correct.
Step-by-step explanation:
X = -3
(-3-7)^2-100 = 0
You do parentheses first according to PEMDAS so:
-3-7 = -10
(-10)^2-100 = 0
Next, you do exponents
-10^2 or -10 * -10 = 100
Finally, you subtract
100-100 = 0
