Ok so the answer is 88 feet^2.

Explanation: First we would find the area of the pool. 6 times 12 is 72.
Since 4 feet is added add that to 6 AND 12.
Now multiply 10 and 16. 10 * 16 = 160.
Subtract 72 from 160. 160-72= 88 ft^2
