Explanation:

We'll figure this out using our equation y=mx+b! m = slope and b = y-intercept. You start on the y line at -2 so we already know our y-intercept will be -2 so we have half the equation done, use rise (y) over run (x) to figure out the slope from (0,-2) to (1,2) as they're our two closest points, though you can work from wherever you choose. Our difference in y is 4 and our difference in x is 1, so 4 over 1 (4/1) = 4 our slope. :-) hope this helped and that I didn't oversimplify lol
