1. In the equation y = A cos B(x-C) + D, what does each capital letter represent/ do to the graph?

A means the amplitude of the wave

2pi/B means the period of the wave

C means the place shift left of the wave

and D means the vertical shift of the wave

Note 2pi here means 2pi radian, not degrees.
