Answer:

(3/7)x - y - 5/7 = 0 or (3/7)x - y = 5/7, depending on what your textbook calls 'standard form'.

Explanation:

slope = Δy/Δx (change in y divided by change in x)

slope * Δx = Δy

(3/7)(x-4) = y - 1 <---- called "point-slope" form a of a line

(3/7)x - 12/7 = y - 1

(3/7)x - 12/7 + 1 - y = 0

(3/7)x - y - 12/7 + 1 = 0

(3/7)x - y - 12/7 + 7/7 = 0

(3/7)x - y - 5/7 = 0 or (3/7)x - y = 5/7, depending on what your textbook calls 'standard form'.

I've seen textbooks that say standard form is Ax + By = C, with a constant on the right, and I've seen other texts that say standard form is Ax + By + C = 0, always with a zero on the right.

Hope this helps.
