Answer:

x ≥ -30

Explanation:

The equation is 3 - x / 2 ≤ 18.

First, subtract 3 on both sides:

- x / 2 ≤ 15.

Multiply by -2 on both sides and swap the less than or equal to sign:

x ≥ -30
