9. A piece of wire is bent to form a square of area 121 cm². The same piece of wire is bent to form

circle. Find area of the circle. (Take π = 22/7)​

The Area of the circle is 95.07 cm2

Explanation:

Given the Area of the square 121cm2, the Perimeter is 11. The lenght of the side of the circle is equals to the diameter of the circle. So d=11, r=5.5

Area of the circle is

A=pi×r2

=(22/7)×(5.5)^2

=(22/7)×30.25

=95.07cm2
