4 m
Explanation:
294000 / 60 = 4900 m2 is the area of the sqaure
sqrt{4900} = 70 m is the sqaue length (=width)
16800 / 15 / 4 = 280 m2 is the area of ONE wall
280 / 70 = 4 m is the wall hight
