This poem deals with the fact that God, the almighty is responsible for a good harvest in the year. The poetess exalts the Deity that he is so kind that he makes the harvest so good for the year.

People sing hymns in the exaltation of lord Surya, Varuna and Prithvi. They accolade God Surya for the sunlight he showers on Earth and make the crops prosper. They offer him encomium and garlands.

The people further accolades God Varuna who is the deity of rainbow for he is responsible to shower raindrops upon the crops. They accolade him with cymbal and pipe, pays him encomium with garlands.

The women accolade the Prithvi, the mother earth, for being so kind and modest with seeds. They accolade Prithvi for the shelter and pabulum it provides to the crops.
