Solution:
Soh, Cah, Toa
Angle of elevation—28 degree
Adjacent (shadow)—74 ft
Opposite (tree)—? ft
Tan(angle)=o/a
Tan(28)=o/74
Tan(28)*74=o
o=~39.3ft
