Since the slope is 5, you can plug the point into 5x+b=y to get the equation of the line. This makes b 8.

From here you can plot a point at 0,8 as the y intercept, and move up 5 and right one to get the next point (ex. 1,13)

You can do the same thing and move down 5 and left one (ex. -1,3)
