Explanation:

you solve by finding the smallest side lengrh which will be the longer length- the shorter, as if the triangle were extremely tiny and all the sides were touching but the third would only be able to be as short as the difference, then for the maximum length as if the triangle were stretches out as much as possible, you add together the lengths because that's the furthest the third could stretch out, remember they will always be less then or greater then, never equal too as well, they can't reach that length other wise it would just be a line
