Answer:


((-9)/(2),(11)/(2))

Explanation:

you have to use the midpoint formula which is


((x1+x2)/(2),(y1+y2)/(2))

so you plug your numbers in


((-12+3)/(2),(-3+-8)/(2))

Add the tops


((-9)/(2) ,(-11)/(2) )

if possible simplify

and that is your answer
