Hole in the enamel is mostly caused by dental plaque. Plaque is a sticky film of bacteria that constantly forms on teeth. Bacteria in plaque produce acids after you eat or drink. These acids can destroy tooth enamel.

Hope this helps :)

The Acids In Plaque Removes Minerals In Your Hard Enamel. This Erosion Causes Small Openings Or Holes In The Enamel.
