2x+5-5>13-5 subtract 5 from both sides

2x>8 results from the previous step

2x/2>8/2 divide 2 from both sides

for graphing on the number line it is a closed circle so draw anything bigger than 4 so an open circle and arrow going on forever from four on

5x≤15 divide both sides by 5
