Am I doing this right so far? What else am I missing/need to put?

Problem:
A high school softball diamond is a square. The
distance from base to base is 30ft. To the nearest foot,
how far does the catcher throw the ball from home plate
to second base?

Answer:

Pythagoras law

h²=p²+b²

h²=30²+30²

h=√1800=42.426 ft far does the catcher throw the ball from home plate
