Answer:The area of first area is (2t)^2*pi or whatever that variable is, I assume its t because its not clear.

The area to the second circle is t^2*pi

The area together is 80 which means

(4t^2+t^2)pi=80

5t^2pi=80

t^2pi=16

The radius of the smaller circle, t, will be 4/sqrt(pi) or 4sqrt(pi)/pi

So the larger circle has double the radius thus it will be

8/sqrt(pi) or 8sqrt(pi)/pi

This is the value, but if your teacher wants an approximate value just punch this into an calculator :) Hope it helps!
