Jonathan heard about a sale of marbles where shooters are 5¢ each red marbles are 3¢ each, and multicolored marbles are 5 for a penny He has a dollar to spend and has decided to buy 100 marbles so How many of each kind of marble can he buy? Answer: He can buy 12 shooters with $1. 20 red marbles with $1. 300 multicolored marbles.

Explanation:

Shooters = 1 dollar is 60 cents

60 divided by 5 = 12

Red = 60 divided by 3

= 20

Multicolored = 60 x 5 because 1 for 5

= 300
