3/18 or 1/6 in simplest form.

Explanation:

We do (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1).

(0--3)/(14--4)

When you subtract a negative, the sign turns positive.

(0+3)/14+4) =3/18

if you need to simply your answer it would be 1/6 because both the numerator and denominator are both divisible by 3.
