Answer:

x = 11 - 2(22-4y)

y = 11/2 - 11-x/8

Explanation:

2(x+2(22-4y))=22

x+2(22+4y)=22/2

x+2(22-4y)=11

x = 11-2(22-4y)

The answer for X is,

x = 11 - 2(22 - 4y)

And the answer for Y is,

y = (11)/(2) - (11 - x)/(8)

hope it helps.
