• Height = 7 ft

• Base area = 1/2(8)(3) = 12 ft²

Surface area:

• S = 18*7 + 2*12 = 150 ft²

Surface area of cube:

• S = 6a² = 6(2.5)² = 37.5 m²

Surface area of prism:

• S = 2(11 + 9)(7) = 280 m²

Overlapping area:

• S = 2.5² = 6.25 m²

Surface area of composite figure:

• S = 280 + 37.5 - 2(6.25) = 305 m²
