Describe the weather at Mount Everest. What does this mean for hikers?

The weather on Mount Everest is very extreme so most of the people that are going to climb it have to be very cautious because the mountain contains avalanches,steep snow, high altitudes which make oxygen thin some people die while trying to make it up the mountain as well
