hello!
In order to find the reciprocal of a number, we need to flop it over.
"Flopping over" is not the same as "changing the sign of the number"
So what does "flopping over" actually mean?
Consult the following formula:-
![\sf{The~reciprocal~of~a~is\mapsto(1)/(a) }](https://img.qammunity.org/2022/formulas/mathematics/college/e6c91bp5i0ef4ih548l9fngmfghzvu35l8.png)
According to the formula,
![\sf{The~reciprocal~of~19~is~(1)/(19)}](https://img.qammunity.org/2022/formulas/mathematics/college/yraawjc2axgg6pqxldinycs6kaicpqkbnk.png)

Hope everything is clear; if you need any explanation/clarification, kindly let me know, and I will comment and/or edit my answer :)
