Answer:

2 meters

Explanation:

We can use the volume formula, V = 1/2 bhl

⋅1.5⋅h⋅3

=2.25h

=h

The height of the tent is 2 meters.

Hope this helps :)

Answer:

2 meters

Explanation:

Given

Volume = 4.5m^3

The question is incomplete as the picture of the tent is not attached.

However, I will use the attached figure to answer the question.

From the attachment, we have:

b = 1.5m --- base of the tent

l = 3m --- length of the tent

Required

Determine the height of the tent

The volume of the tent is:

(1)/(2) * bhl = Volume

Where h is the required height.

So, we have:

(1)/(2) * 1.5 * h * 3 = 4.5

(1)/(2) * 1.5 * 3 * h = 4.5

(1)/(2) * 4.5 * h = 4.5

Make h the subject

h = (4.5 * 2)/(4.5)

h = 2m

The height of the tent is 2m
