1. Why do you think Minerva changed Medusa, and not Neptune, into a gorgon?​

Medusa was challenging a god. Just for doing that she could have been tortured. Just think about the story of the first spider and Athena. She challenged Athena in weaving and won. She got turned into a spider so she could weave her whole life.
