why is a system in your body called immune system if your not really IMMUNE to all the disese that atacks your immune system. lol i just though of this

I think its because we're not exactly immune to all the diseases, it's called the immune system because the cells defend the body from bad bacteria and it teaches your body to learn to fight against the bacteria from a virus/disease until the body is immune.
