Please someone help me with this

I keep revising and I cant get this one right

Ryan and Jessica meet at a party and start talking. They hit it off immediately and find a quiet corner to make out in. Over the course of the evening, Jessica consumes much more alcohol than Ryan does and is slurring her speech and having a hard time standing up. Ryan recognizes that Jessica is drunk but likes that she is being playful and flirtatious. Ryan suggests that they go out to his car to "take a break" from the party and talk. Jessica agrees but has to be physically steadied as they leave the party. They get out to Ryan's car and start making out. Pick a character and explain how you would best handle this situation.

if i were ryan, i would take jessica back to her house. i would take care of her if there wasn't anyone else there, or if her family was there i would make sure that she was safe and being taken care of. once I knew she was safe and she was comfortable, I would leave and go back to my house. if she wanted me to stay, i would do that, but i wouldn't do anything physical (anything beyond kissing) while she was under the influence because if she's that drunk she wouldn't be able to give consent
