Can somebody help me with forms of "tener" for a Spanish test? Thanks if you can help :)

(P.S. - Yes, I know I don't have any question posted, but if you can help, I'll repost for 100 points, otherwise if I post for 100 right away, somebody steals it. There is about 8 sentences)

Uh I don’t really understand the question but there is many forms of the word “tener” there is
—————-present tense————
El: Tiene
Tu: tienes
Ellos: Tienen
Yo: Tengo
—————past tense————
El: Tenia
Tu: Tenias
Ellos: Tenían
Yo: tenía

Tener - To Have:

yo tengo - I have

yo tienes - You have

yo tenemos - we have

yo teneis - You (all) have

yo tienen - They have
