Opposite angles of a parallelogram are congruent:

So: 124 = 2u, and u = 62 degrees.

Adjacent angles o f a parallelogram add to 180 degrees:

So: 124 + (v-3) = 180, and 121 + v = 180, meaning v = 59 degrees.
