$(211)_x=(10110)_2\\\\2*x^2+x+1=22\\\\2x^2+x-21=0\\\Delta=1+4*2*21=169=13^2\\x=(-1+13)/(4)= 3\\or\\x=(-1-13)/(4)\ may\ not\ be\ negative\\\\$
