Explanation:

40 = (.5)(6x - 4)(x)

40 = (3x-2)(x)

40= 3x^2 - 2x

3x^2 -2x - 40 =0

3x^2 - 12x + 10x - 40 = 0

3x(x - 4) + 10(x -4) = 0

(3x + 10)(x - 4) = 0

x = {4 , - 10/3}

x = 4 , b = 20. h = 4
