If I did it correctly, the answer is -74=x

-x\:-\:1\:=\:221\:+\:2x


  • -x-1+1=221+2x+1

  • -x=2x+222

  • -x-2x=2x+222-2x

  • -3x=222

  • (-3x)/(-3)=(222)/(-3)


\hookrightarrow Answer:x=-74
