Option 1 is correct. Contrary to popular belief, an IPv4 address’ octet, (the 1, 2, or 3 numbers before each period), can only go up to 255. The second option goes up to 301, so thats not right. The third option has a 045, which is improper numbering and is not correct. The fourth option has 4 periods when an IPv4 address only has 3. So your answer is OPTION 1.
