The answer should be 72.5 because you add 35 inches of rain for two weeks twice to make a month and to get the extra day divide 35 inches of rain for two weeks which is 35/14 days and that equals 2.5 inches of rain per day. Finally multiply 35 times 2 to make a month = 70 and now add 70+2.5 for your extra month day = to your ANSWER: 72.5

Hope this helps
