y = mx + b

*m is equal to the slope...

y = (0)x + b

Plug in the point you have...

-7 = (0) (5) + b

-7 = 0 + b

-7 = b

y = (0)x - 7

y = -7

Ignore the (0)x because anything multiplied by 0 is 0 so there's no point in having 0x in your equation.

Answer: y = -7
