Ok well Horton is all movements that could be found in jazz warm-up

And Graham technique is opposition shift of weight and spirals

And limón technique focuses on the elements of fall and recovery reboun weight suspension succession and isolation it is truly freeing it is about how dance feels within the body rather than how you perform it.


So I don’t know what you think after those definitions but the only one that said anything about warmups is the Horton on .. HoPe tHaT HeLpEd.!:)
