The Klu Klux Klan not only targeted African Americans but also the Jewish Community and the ever-growing LGBTQIA+ Community. As the leading white supremacy group in America, they "prided" themselves on putting an end to the ever-growing effects of the NAACP and their allies. Many African Americans were enlisted in WWI, this enraged the KKK because they believed that because of their skin color they were less than.
