Answer:

3 3/4 - 1 2/4 = 2 1/4

Explanation:

An easier way to find an answer is to separate the fractions from the wholes numbers. So it would be 3-1 which is two, plus 3/4 muus 2/4 which is 1/4. So if you add 2 and 1/4 you get 2 2/4 as your answer
