Only -lxl = -3 works

Explanation:

The other options don't work because they all have numbers inside of the absolute value brackets. You would always get a positive end value when the absolute value equation is applied.

The last one is the only one that works because the negative is outside of the absolute value bracket. Therefore, if you plug in 3 for x, it will give you -3.
