You could say keep up the same healthy routine that they have or if they are looking to losing weight you could say eating a little healthier and watch what they eat and do little, simple workouts and for gaining if they don't eat atleast 3 meals a day you could say maybe eat more meals little snacks here and there but to maintain a good and healthy body they should workout and have HEALTHY MEALS
