I spent three weeks this summer at camp. Our group leader was great at her job! She was inspiring, responsible, and fair to everyone. Good leaders make decisions that benefit the group as a whole, knowing that not everyone will agree with their decisions. They have strong character and stand up for what they believe in. They help ensure that those they are leading get along smoothly and have what they need to accomplish their goals.
