If angle 3 measures 65 degrees the so does angle 2, 7 and 6. By the definition of parallel lines. Then by the definition of supplementary lines angle 5+ angle 7=180 degrees, so 5x+65=180 => 5x=115 =>
(5x)/(5)=
(115)/(5) => x=23.
