For research purposes, it is very important and essential to get a scholarly or peer-reviewed journal article because it contains information on original research and other highly valuable sources.

Thus, scholarly or peer-reviewed journal articles is a collection of articles written by scholars and/or researchers. They are generally a lengthy literary work written by experts or professionals, for other experts and as such communicates new discoveries and knowledge to a scholarly group (readers).
