There is a bag with only red marbles and blue marbles.

The probability of randomly choosing a blue marble is 5/9.
There are 63 marbles in total in the bag and each is equally likely to be chosen.
Work out how many red marbles there must be.

Hello I hope I can help you with this!!

Step-by-step explanation:
first we work out what all the marbles equal which is 9/9=63

Then we work out what 1/9 of the marbles are! Which is 1/9= 7 marbles!!

Then we work out what 5/9 of them are! Which is 5/9= 35 marbles

Then now we work out 4/9 which is our RED marbles! We do 4 times 7 which equals 28 red marbles!!

if you want to check to add the two numbers and they equal 63!

ANSWER= 28 red marbles
